About the Role
  • As a Sales Controller, you will play a key role in leading and developing our sales teams to achieve or exceed unit, F&I, and value-added product objectives.
  • You will work closely with the sales manager to maintain status as an FCA-approved advisor and achieve monthly targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience within the motor industry, preferably in a senior sales advisor, sales controller, or business manager role.
Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that all finance policies and procedures are adhered to by daily checking all relevant funding information.
  2. Work collaboratively with the sales team to produce personalized video presentations and welcome guests through the sales process.
  3. Review monthly sales and profit information, taking action to meet targets.
  4. Negotiate the best financial deals for customers, offering extended service contracts, protection programs, and accessory packages.
  5. Consult with customers to establish their needs, resolving any complaints professionally and calmly.
  6. Set high standards for self and others, maintaining a motivated and positive environment for the sales team.
  7. Formulate action plans to increase finance, insurance, and warranty sales.
