Salary Information

Job Description


This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Neonatal Qualified In Speciality Nurse to join our dynamic team at BHRUT NHS. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to newborns and their families, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of care.



Main Responsibilities


The post holder will be responsible for:



  • Care of one or defined group of babies within the Neonatal Unit without supervision;
  • Utilising and further developing specialist skills to provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised patient care;
  • Actively participating in and contributing to the management of the clinical area.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • RN/RCN with current registration at degree level;
  • Neonatal qualification QIS and NLS;
  • Able to effectively function as part of a multidisciplinary team and prioritise own workload.
