Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at NW Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability and asbestos management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Sustainability: Develop and implement strategies to improve environmental sustainability across the organization.
  • Asbestos Management: Supervise and conduct asbestos surveys, risk assessments, and removal projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training on asbestos management and removal procedures.
Requirements:
  • P402, P403, P404 qualifications
  • Previous experience in consultancies and managing multiple clients across various industries
  • Commercially focused with proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach
  • Experience working under strict deadlines
Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
