About the Role
Searchworks Education are seeking a talented SENDCO to join their team. As SEND Lead, you will work with young adults on foundation and mainstream courses, overseeing the support of students. This role requires a strong track record of improving grades with a range of SEN learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with ASD, MLD, SEMH, PMLD, SLCN, and physical disabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student grades
- Work with the team to provide excellent support to students
