Responsibilities:

  • Leading continuous improvement projects and strategy across the site">
  • Analysing current processes and working to improve areas such as waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency improvements">
  • Utilising various tools such as Lean, six sigma, 5s and Kaizen methodologies">
  • Liaising with internal departments to identify areas of improvement and project status">
  • Providing internal training programs and presentations on CI and Lean principles">

Requirements:

  • Experience within similar roles such as CI, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing">
  • Familiarity with various tools such as Lean, 5S, or Kaizen">
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities">
  • Confident communicator">
  • Computer literate">

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
