Job Summary: Thrifty Car & Van Rental is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including vehicle inspections, communication with customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any pre- and post-rental damage
  • Communicate accurately and appropriately with customers and colleagues

Requirements:
  • Full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
