We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Springfield Healthcare, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being. Your tasks may include:

  • Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
  • Supporting clients with social activities and outings
  • Assisting with medication and personal care
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

We offer a comprehensive induction and training programme to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Our community mentors will also be on hand to provide ongoing support and guidance.
