Role Overview
As a Programme Controls Specialist at Turner & Townsend Group, you will lead a multi-functional team in delivering ambitious projects across various sectors. Your expertise in controls functions, including planning, governance, and risk management, will ensure successful project outcomes for our global clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in major project environments, particularly in Defence, Data Centre's, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics sectors. Proficiency in software applications like Primavera (P6), Power BI, Microsoft Office Applications is essential. Additionally, knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes is required. Strong time management skills and flexibility with regards to travel are also necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed a robust breakdown structure to integrate data from each control function.
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops to compile the master project/programme schedule baseline.
  • Manage the risk management process, ensuring qualitative and quantitative assessments support cost and schedule predictability.
  • Stakeholder management to ensure all key stakeholders sign off on the baseline and receive regular progress updates.
