About the Role:
The successful Construction Administrator will join a team specializing in bespoke residential luxury one-off builds and refurbishment projects throughout the region. The company has a great pipeline of works, having secured this year's pipeline and is now looking to add a hardworking individual to their successful business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering construction projects, including managing documents, records, and correspondence.
- Providing administrative support to the construction team, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
- Assisting with the preparation of construction estimates, tenders, and contracts.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Construction experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Process-driven and organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the construction industry.
- A valid driving license, with a reliable vehicle for business use.
