About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Administrator to join our team in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous PA experience in a fast-paced environment who is eager to broaden their skillset.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to 3 senior individuals and contribute to project work on an ad hoc basis. You will be working in a collaborative and supportive work environment that values great communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior team members
  • Contribute to project work and coordination as required
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and service-focused mindset
  • Previous exposure to project work or coordination is advantageous
