About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Programme Manager to join our team at NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB. As a key member of our integrated transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the implementation of our CYP transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a diverse suite of projects, with a primary focus on the programme of work for CYP mental health services across the ICB.
  • Embed existing transformation projects and develop new plans with system partners.
  • Provide project leadership for specified service transformation projects for the CYP.
  • Ensure that service transformation programmes of work within the CYP are well-organised, disciplined, and deliver on time.
  • Work closely and supportively with the Deputy Director of Transformation/Clinical Strategy and wider team members across other parts of the ICS.
Requirements
  • Master's level education or equivalent level of experience working at a senior level in a specialist area.
  • Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience or training, plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent.
  • Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.

  • Project Management Qualification.
  • Professional Qualification.
Key Skills
  • Experience of effectively transforming and implementing roles and clinical pathways.
  • Able to demonstrate capability in using a number of transformation tools and techniques.
  • Experience of service level agreement or contract management.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and to make judgements where there are conflicting views on the project and there is a need to make decisions on complex issues.
