Property Administrator

Elogs, part of the wider Software, Risk and Compliance Group, is dedicated to enhancing compliance and productivity through innovative tools.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with residential and commercial property clients across the UK. The position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
To deliver outstanding customer service, our team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the dedicated nights team working at least one day per weekend on a fixed shift pattern. Shifts are divided into Early's and Lates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Log issues and quote requests in the internal system
- Keep customers informed of progress and updates
- Deal with queries and provide timely resolutions
- Support colleagues when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and experience
- Solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Maintain Service Centre KPI's and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Calm under pressure and ability to multitask
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Location: St Ives - Office Based – Hybrid working available after probation
Salary: £23,400 per annum, estimated based on location and industry standards
Working hours: 5 hours per week, including at least one day per weekend
