Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Associate Consultant to join our Commercial Strategy or Market Access division. The successful candidate will play a key role in talent sourcing, screening, and placement activities, working closely with our Client Partners to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Client Partners with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and industry connections.
- Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Become an expert in sourcing high-quality candidates within the life science strategy consulting market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system.
