Lift Industry Sales Professional

Stirling Warrington is seeking an experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines sales acumen with technical expertise to drive customer engagement, support product sales, and provide top-level service.
Job Description- We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in the lift industry.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical information in an accessible way.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their lift/elevator requirements, assess needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Offer in-depth technical guidance on our products, troubleshooting customer issues and advising on best practices.
- Conduct onsite product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and superiority of our solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell within accounts, and work to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to influence product development and sales strategies.
- A proven track record in sales, particularly in the lift/elevator industry or a similar technical sector.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to maintain accurate sales tracking records.
- A well-presented, customer-service-focused individual with good inter-personal skills.
- A competitive salary range £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commission.
- A car allowance.
