Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Delivery Specialist to join our Global Broking Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical activities across the broking/placement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with broking teams to manage large, complex, global insurance contracts involving multiple insurers and high-value insurance placements.
  • Utilize technical systems and collaborate with offshore partners to produce policy documents and invoice requests.
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) technical placement advice to brokers as required.
  • Liaise with underwriters to ensure seamless policy execution.
  • Share best practices and present ideas for process improvements.
  • Monitor the risk life cycle and workflow to ensure policies are on track with performance targets.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Delivery colleagues to meet divisional targets.
