- Actively participate in a continuous improvement effort designed to maximize the results of the business development, account acquisition, and account penetration process.
- An enthusiastic and commercial attitude, a bachelor's degree, and/or highly successful sales experience in the electronic component sales field.
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers.
- Customer orientation and sympathy.
- Prospecting and presentation skills.
