About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire interview process, including organising interviews, creating interview packs, and overseeing all related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Use various methods and techniques to source, engage, and attract candidates
  • Ensure consistency in written content across advertising platforms
  • Manage communications and resolve issues with external partners
  • Support process improvements and contribute to campaign recruitment delivery
  • Utilise the internal ATS system for tracking progress and candidate management
  • Maintain accurate system records and workflows
  • Create training materials and user guides as needed
  • Attend local professional networking events and university careers fairs
  • Respond to enquiries and forward messages to relevant parties

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment or HR and be highly organised. This is a temporary role based in White City, West London with a salary of up to £18/hour.
