About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Dementia Voice activities, enabling people affected by dementia to have a voice and influence the work of Alzheimer's Society and the health and social care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer practical support to individuals taking part in Dementia Voice activities, including accompanying them to activities as required.
- Support with administration tasks for activities and events, such as making phone calls and coordinating events.
- Engage with people affected by dementia to support the coordination of Dementia Voice events.
Requirements
We are looking for a volunteer who is passionate about enabling people affected by dementia to share their experiences and be heard. You will need to be able to offer practical support and engage with people affected by dementia to support the coordination of Dementia Voice events.
