Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of care and clinical services, ensuring high-quality care delivery

  3. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards

An experienced Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin and quality governance experience, ideally in a care home setting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on ensuring best practice and a proactive approach to achieving this goal.
