About the RoleThis is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled Roofer to carry out property maintenance contracts within social housing properties. Your duties will include roofing repairs, soffits, flat roofs, and facias.
Key Responsibilities- Reroofing and maintaining properties to ensure they remain safe and secure for residents
- Undertaking various roofing tasks including rebedding and repointing roof tiles
- Repairing and replacing damaged or worn-out roofing materials
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A proven track record of experience in social housing property maintenance, preferably with knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Your own tools and equipment, as well as a full UK driving license (vans can be supplied)
- A clear criminal record, with DBS checks required

- A highly competitive annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £32,000
