Nurse Seekers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator Manager to lead their team at a preschool in Winchester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, with a nurturing approach towards children.

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring it caters to diverse needs and aligns with the preschool's educational philosophy.
2. They will also oversee preschool staff recruitment, training, and management while maintaining EYFS guidelines.
3. A key aspect of this role is managing staff-to-child ratios according to EYFS regulations, including supervision of trainees as necessary.
4. The safety and well-being of children are paramount; the manager will guarantee a secure and conducive learning environment.
5. Effective communication and involvement in parents' child's education are essential skills required for this position.
6. Daily preschool operations will include resource organization, cleaning, and maintenance under the manager's oversight.
7. The quality of education and care provided must meet or exceed relevant standards, which the manager will continually monitor.

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in early years education and care.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also required.
• Familiarity with the EYFS framework and applicable regulations is essential.
