Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and product structures
  • Lead the commitment and cross-functional delivery of site financial cost savings
  • Develop and deliver the site manufacturing strategy and related infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Programme Management Organisations to minimise product development costs and maximise useful life of products
  • Site owner for Manufacturing excellence Quality Leading Indicators (QLI) such as PPAP, Process standard Work & Special Processes
  • Develop the teams and team members to improve performance

Requirements:

  • At least HND Degree in a relevant engineering subject
  • Extensive experience supporting machining, metal treatments, assembly and test related processes
  • Experience supporting CI related tools and techniques
  • Manufacturing processes, Continuous Improvement framework, Industry 4
