We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Advisor Team Leader to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle escalated complaints and provide first-line support.
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards across all communication channels.
  • Manage team schedules and encourage process improvements.
  • Provide training to ensure the team meets user needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background with experience in complaint resolution.
  • Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a contact centre environment and managing multi-channel enquiries.
  • Skilled in team leadership and training.
