This exciting opportunity at EBRD is looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and equity investments. The role requires leadership and management skills to oversee the overall performance of EBRD's equity investments in the Real Estate sector.

Job Description
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of EBRD's equity investments in the Real Estate sector, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance returns.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with equity investments, ensuring compliance with EBRD's risk management policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including investee companies, fellow shareholders, authorities, consultants, and internal units.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams within EBRD to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate investment, preferably in a senior role.
  • Good understanding of EBRD's operations, policies, and procedures.
Benefits
