Reporting directly to the Birmingham Heartlands Hospital Operations Director, the ADO is responsible for implementing national and local strategies, driving service objectives, and managing resources to achieve key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities include leading the operational delivery of services, managing complex projects, and fostering effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
As a seasoned senior manager, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operational management, with a proven track record of service improvement and transformational leadership.
They will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all grades and disciplines of staff, as well as external partners, to drive the CDG's strategy forward.
