We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Wills and Probate team at Law Staff Limited. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, deeds of variation, probate matters, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Deeds of variation
  • Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
  • Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
  • Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
  • Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
  • Undertaking home, hospital, and residential care home visits
