About the RoleThis academic professional will be responsible for teaching A Level, GCSE Maths, and Functional Skills Numeracy to full-time students and adults. You will work in well-equipped onsite classrooms and online through the virtual learning environment, using Google Classroom.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire outstanding learning, develop creative resources, and contribute to the monitoring and tracking of learner progress. They will also be part of a collaborative team that values excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
- Develop and implement creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and promote positive outcomes for learners.
- Monitor and track learner progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure students achieve their potential.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold at least an A Level (or equivalent) qualification in Mathematics or above. You should also be willing to work towards a teaching qualification and ideally possess a degree qualification in a chosen subject. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
