About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse Mental Health / Learning Disabilities at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can choose when and where to work. Main Responsibilities

You will be working within our Mental Health Inpatient Services team, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing patient care needs
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with experience in mental health or learning disabilities
  • Hold a current NMC registration
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health conditions, treatments, and recovery principles
  • Have experience working within a multi-disciplinary team structure
