About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Manager to join our team at Amazon Digital UK Limited. As a key member of our Trust and Safety organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sr. Quality Auditors and collaborating with policy, program, engineering, legal, and other teams to define and execute operational quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sr. Quality Auditors in evaluating trends and quality, and developing workflows and processes that maintain our quality/community guidelines.
  • Collaborate with policy, program, engineering, legal, and other teams to define and execute operational quality initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new operational processes that require high judgment and build mechanisms to scale those processes across the global operations team.
  • Work closely with multiple Trust and Safety teams to address different issues and provide clear explanations of issues and resolution paths to catalog associates.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting classification, policy, compliance, or trust & safety and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital video streaming.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience and strong interest in Operations, content compliance, and accuracy.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
