Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Corporate Review Team as a Senior Decision Making and Operational Excellence Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to combine decision making with continuous improvement in our fitness to practise review process, while developing operational guidance for the team.

The successful candidate will work on a range of tasks, including:

  • Reviewing and Updating Operational Guidance: Ensure that our procedures and policies are up-to-date, accurate, and effective.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement Work: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervising Colleagues: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Making Decisions Under Our Statutory Framework: Make informed decisions that align with our regulatory framework and ensure fairness and excellence in our decision-making processes.
