We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the Midlands region.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment, with an electrical qualification. You will be responsible for the service and upkeep of a range of medical and surgical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and all associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Service and repair medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the Midlands region
- Test and commission new medical equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of medical equipment
- Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment
- An electrical qualification
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40K, with overall earnings to £55K with overtime and bonuses, company vehicle, healthcare package, contributory pension scheme, phone and laptop, along with the opportunity to progress your career within a market-leading organisation.
