Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of electronic systems and products, including hardware and firmware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, design specifications, and test procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and ensure the quality of their work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our clients remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lead Electronics Design Engineer, with a strong background in electronic design and development.
  • Excellent project management and documentation skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills in electronic design, including microcontroller integration, peripheral use, and analogue circuitry.
  • Proficiency in software development, including C, C#, and Visual Basic.
  • Experience in supervising, mentoring, and evaluating engineering staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
