Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
We're seeking friendly drivers who are proud to work with Ocado Logistics, ensuring customer orders arrive safely and with a smile. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be out on the road, whatever the weather, with the support of pre-planned route maps and pre-loaded vans.
What You'll Get
On average, a Delivery Driver earns £27,429 per annum, including paid breaks. The minimum hourly rate is £12.73 per hour, with opportunities to earn more with shift premiums and overtime.
Contract Details
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted days: You'll work any 5 days out of 7, with further information provided during pre-boarding.
Shifts and Pay
Shifts: AM & PM, with start times ranging from 05:30 to 12:00 (midnight)
Pay Structure: Lunar paid, with payments every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Requirements
You don't need previous experience, just a positive attitude and a full UK or EU driving licence. Our training team will do the rest. Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. Good communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role.
Driving Licence Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licences only
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Licences must be up to date with full name and current home address
