Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse Specialist

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Essex/London. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in building and developing our complex homecare business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing staff to ensure safe and exceptional care delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for the multidisciplinary team, service users, and their families for clinical matters.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Evaluate clinical performance, patient outcomes, and adherence to care standards.
  • Conduct initial assessments for new service users and maintain ongoing care plan reviews and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Significant experience in homecare, community nursing, or complex care settings.
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
  • Deep understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and infection control practices.
