About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Handler to join our Motor Claims team at Davies Group Ltd. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury from inception to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury from inception to settlement
  • Support the delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistently high levels of service
  • Input accurate data and ensure data maintenance
  • Interact and communicate with clients
Requirements
  • Experience of dealing with motor personal injury claims under the predictive costs regime is desirable
  • Experience of the OIC and MOJ portals
  • Pre-litigation experience
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organisational skills
