We are a leading company within the Commercial Interiors sector, known for our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. With a strong presence in the UK market, we have experienced rapid growth over the last decade and are now looking to strengthen our team with the key recruitment of an additional Specification sales manager.


Job Description:
  1. Penetrate various aspects of the Housebuilder and Developer market through key clients and specifiers that operate within the sector.
  2. Develop customer relationships at all levels of the customer hierarchy to provide support and develop awareness of our products and services.
  3. Sell and influence the sale of products and services within margin guidelines to maximise sales across different applications.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in sales management within the Housebuilder, developer, Local authority, Housing Association sector.
  • Experience managing National and Regional Key Accounts, ideally within the Commercial Interiors sector or the Building Products, KBB or DIY markets.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
