Private Client Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Paralegal to join our team at Simpson Judge. As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in assisting Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters, including Wills, Trusts, LPA, COP, Trusts, and estate administration.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters, including conducting legal research and preparing documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks related to client files, including updating case management systems and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Collaborate with solicitors to ensure smooth case progression and provide exceptional service to valued clients.
- Conduct client meetings and communications, and assist with client meetings and communications.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Private Client, ideally 2 years.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in an office-based environment, with hybrid working available once settled in the firm.
