Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor

Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor looking to take on a leadership role? Do you have a strong background in commercial management and a passion for mentoring junior team members?

We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team at The Resolute Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors while overseeing the final commercial sign-off on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee the final commercial sign-off on projects, working closely with the Commercial Manager
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in commercial management
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Full driving license
