As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored training and coaching programs that enhance employee well-being and foster a positive workplace culture.

We're looking for someone who is flexible, ready to take on evolving responsibilities, and passionate about making a meaningful impact. This part-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic small organization with ambitious future plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accredited leadership workshops for managers at all levels, both in-person and online
  • Design and develop new training programs tailored to meet client needs
  • Apply diverse training techniques to address various learning styles
  • Offer personalized coaching and support to managers

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of HR challenges
  • Proven track record in delivering management training to various client groups
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms
  • NLP/Coaching certification or MHFA Trainer qualification is a plus, but not essential
