Porter (Facilities)

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is seeking a skilled Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the movement of patients, staff, and equipment around the hospital.
  • Performing routine tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and maintaining storage areas.
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for patients and staff.
  • Providing general assistance and support to clinical staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or the right aptitude.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
