About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving high standards in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on shifts to support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Make the most of people's talents to maximise sales
• Train and accredit new Baristas
• Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
• Drive high standards every time, whether it's through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores
