Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and selecting top talent, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and candidates, managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection
- Source and select top talent using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and personal networks.
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate their suitability for the role, assessing their experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job briefing, candidate placement, and post-placement support.
- Maintain accurate and updated records using our bespoke system.
- Create job descriptions and other related documents.
