Rehabilitation Service Assistant

You will be working as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in our multi-disciplinary team, supporting the delivery of structured activities and assisting in planning individual and group therapeutic interventions to help service users achieve their goals.
Our service provides a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and experience, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other MDT staff to plan and implement individual care plans.
Estimated salary: £26,125 per annum.
Responsibilities- Support Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other MDT staff in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate records, entering details in service user healthcare records.
- Annual salary of £26,125.
- The equivalent of 33 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays) – plus your birthday off.
