About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are served promptly and to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to health and safety procedures
