Senior Sales Manager

This is an exciting chance to join Marshall Motor Group as our Senior Sales Manager at our BMW Dealership in Salisbury. You will be part of our dynamic team, driving business forward and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7 Sales Executives and 2 Transaction Managers
- Collaborate with the NCSM and UCSM to achieve sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction
- Promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online
- Work closely with the finance team to provide finance proposals for customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sales manager within the automotive industry with main dealership experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team to achieve high-quality results
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
- OTEs up to £67,500 per annum
