Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Management Associate Leader to join our team at CFO Insights. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, investment banking, or top-tier corporate environments, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. A bachelor's degree with outstanding results, possibly accompanied by an MBA, is also required.

As a Management Associate Leader, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints. Your ability to set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our events.

You will also be responsible for developing our company's brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking. This involves collaborating with business development teams to identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and acquire new ones.

In addition to your excellent leadership skills, you should possess strong commercial awareness and a passion for business. A UK, EU, or US work permit is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints.
  • Develop the company's brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and acquire new ones.
  • Oversee the assignment of tasks to team members in each department, monitoring progress and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience from an institution with high speed and work ethic (management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up).
  • Bachelor's degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
  • UK, EU, or US work permit.

Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
