Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our award-winning Service Charge team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management: Manage client relationships, ensure regular touch points, and explore development opportunities to increase portfolio sizes.
  2. Service Delivery: Oversee and review service charge accounts, audit and factual findings assignments, and manage the wider team to meet client needs.
  3. Team Leadership: Involve in practice and workflow management, strategic planning with clients, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Development and Training: Identify training needs, facilitate development, and escalate issues to senior management.

About You:

To succeed as a Client Service Manager, you should possess:

  • AAT qualified or part ACCA/ACA qualified.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, with expertise in Excel.
  • Knowledge of service charge accounting is an advantage.
