Production Line Equipment Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Andover. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.
The estimated salary for this position is around £52,000 per year, which includes a competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborating with the operations teams to develop training materials and ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Apprentice-trained mechanical engineer qualification, with a NVQ3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing engineering equipment, with experience working in production lines, warehouses, and distribution centres.
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with CMMS systems.
