Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager Designate to lead our retail stores in the Central area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team engagement, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Drive a positive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Proactively lead the team to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training.
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage the store rota to ensure the right people are working at the right times.
- Regularly walk the floor to ensure store standards are consistently high and every customer has an exceptional experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail or commercial sales experience, with a strong track record of store and team management.
- Commercially focused and results-driven, with an aptitude for decision making.
- A proven leader with experience working to performance targets.
- Inspirational and able to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
