We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at a newly acquired hotel. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for driving food standards and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment, and we are looking for a talented individual to lead our culinary team and develop a new menu that showcases the best of local and seasonal produce.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of 5 chefs and kitchen porters
• Developing and implementing kitchen management systems to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
• Working closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions
• Managing kitchen budgets and controlling food costs
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
